• Any unopened product can be returned within 10 days of purchase.

1. Direct Return: Return the product directly to HizenPharma at P-130, Kohinoor City, Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad. We’ll refund your amount to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.
2. Courier Pickup: Our partner courier will pick up the product from your delivery address. We’ll deduct Rs. 200 from your order amount and return the rest to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.

Tampered Products: If you suspect tampering, keep the original product and packaging. Our customer care team will provide instructions for returning the product.
